Coping With Grief Course – Online

This 5 week course is for any person who has suffered any kind of serious loss whether recently or dating back several years.
During lock down, many of us have realised that we are still carrying unresolved grief from losses we have endured even from 10 years ago, this course is ideal to help you process this.
Based on Christian principles this course is suitable for anyone with or without Christian faith.
The cost is R50 p/p
