Coping with Grief Course

You are invited to join us for the Coping with Grief Course. This 5-week course starts on the 1st of October and runs until the 29th of October on Tuesday evenings.
Coping with Grief is for anyone who has suffered any kind of serious loss whether recently or dating back several years. Please note that the authors of this course advise that you should not attend within the first three months of your loss.
Based on Christian principles, this course is suitable for anyone with or without Christian faith.
